FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Bonduran a law firm?
No. Bonduran is an educational platform. We do not provide legal advice, and using our tools does not create an attorney-client relationship. For decisions specific to your situation, work with a licensed attorney.
What do I get for free?
Every educational article, the estate planning readiness checklist, and the plain-English glossary. No card required.
What does a paid plan add?
Guided document preparation, a secure vault for your estate documents, and family sharing so the people you choose can see what concerns them.
Do you write my will for me?
We help you organize everything a will requires and produce a summary you can take with you. The document itself should be drafted and executed with a licensed attorney in your state.
Is my information secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorized personnel, and we never sell your information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my documents?
Only you, unless you choose otherwise. Family sharing is opt-in, granted per document, and you can revoke access at any time.
Will Bonduran text me?
Only if you opt in, and only for account notifications and transactional updates. We never send promotional texts, and we never sell or share your number.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account settings. Paid plans also carry a 7-day money-back guarantee.
